Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If any of our sump pump products or accessories arrive with any defects or do not meet your expectations, we offer you the capability to return it and receive a refund. We are able to give you a refund under the following conditions:

  • Make sure to return your product within 15 days of purchase.
  • Please give us a call at (833) 786-7779 to get a return number before attempting to process a return.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and it cannot be used or damaged.
  • If the product is being returned via mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items purchased on sale.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
